Welcome to the Selah Parks Foundation Group Page.  The Selah Parks Foundation was formed to create significant opportunities for conservation, education and recreation.  It allows interested individuals and groups to support projects which enhance the quality of life by preserving land, environment and natural heritage. In order to fulfill the dream and goals of Selah’s citizens, we must continue to invest in an array of educational and recreational activities accessible to everyone, especially our youth. The Selah Parks Foundation is a 501(c)3 Community NonProfit Organization.

Selah Parks Foundation & Selah Aquatic Center
The Selah Parks Foundation Mission: Engage in directing activities to raise funds for the acquisition, development and enhancement of Selah parks facilities and recreational programs. The Selah Parks Foundation was formed to create significant opportunities for conservation, education and recreation. It allows interested individuals and groups to support projects and enhance the quality of life by preserving land, environment and natural heritage. The Selah Parks Foundation is a 501(c)3 tax exempt public foundation. All contributions to the Foundation are tax deductible. The Foundation is administered by a volunteer Board of Trustees.
The new Selah Aquatic Center opened July 25, 2019 and is owned, and operated by the Selah Park and Recreation Service Area (SPRSA). SPRSA intended to fund operations of the new facility with the Maintenance and Operations Levy that was presented to voters in August 2019. This M&O Levy received 58.98% YES votes but needed 60%, so did not pass. SPRSA needs your help to generate funds to fill and operate the new pool facility for the summer 2020 swim season.
The Selah Parks Foundation is selling bricks to raise the funds for SPRSA to fill and operate the aquatic facility and complete the build for any extra costs that may come up later. Purchasing a brick through the Foundation is an incredible way to support this community project. The bricks will be placed at the new aquatic center. Donations will be used exclusively for the Selah Aquatic Center.
With your donation, you will be able to personalize a brick. Both upper and lowercase characters and a selection of symbols may be utilized. Bricks are available in 8” x 4” for $100 and 8” x 8” for $250. You may choose to personalize an 8” x 8” brick with your company logo for $500.
Please submit your brick order through this website using PayPal. You can also print out your order form and mail it with a check to the address listed at the bottom of this page. This will ensure your brick order is customized to your liking and not subject to typing/spelling errors.
If you have questions about this project or about purchasing a brick, you can email us at selahparksfoundation@gmail.com
